Keith Evans
Head Technician + Owner
Keith has had a distinguished 25-year career in the industry, widely recognised throughout Australia. Starting in 1996, Keith moved from New Zealand to Perth to work in a warehouse for Halas. His potential led to a promotion to the service department. In 2005, Keith joined Sirona and helped establish their Perth center before moving to Melbourne, where he became one of the top technicians globally.
After a brief stint with another company, Keith returned to Sirona, initially working in the warehouse before being reinstated to service regions across Victoria, South Australia, and Tasmania. Keith has participated in numerous training sessions in Germany and has assisted trainers in Australia.
In 2020, Keith founded First Response Dental, aiming to provide superior service with integrity and honesty. His business has grown significantly each year, addressing a notable gap in the industry. Keith is known for his fair and genuine commitment to his customers’ best interests.
Kelly Evans
Boss Lady | Office Manager
Kelly is the very proud, but sometimes frustrated wife of Keith. Meeting back in April 2009, for many years, Kelly saw Keith’s potential within the industry a decade before he finally decided to take her advice and go out on his own.
Kelly runs the office side of First Response Dental, booking jobs, ordering parts, marketing, invoicing, and all the day-to-day business.
From time to time, Kelly will go out on site with Keith, to help with relocations of equipment and meet clients.
Kelly has been in the business world her whole life, her father ran a very successful small business in a small country town, Deniliquin NSW, which she was a part of from the age of 8.
Kelly also ran a very successful wedding entertainment business for over 15 years and is now an authorised Marriage Celebrant. She is a musician and has been a professional singer for over 20 years. Her business knowledge is strong, and client-based.
Together, Keith and Kelly are a formidable team, working together, to change the perception of service technicians within the dental industry.

We are your FIRST call, always.
We should always be your first call. 90% of our work, is completed, onsite, within 30 minutes. With our industry knowledge being so wide, there isn’t much we’ve not seen, and trust us, we won’t tell you that you need a water pump, on equipment that does not use a water pump to work. Yes, this is a true story, a call out we did, and we had to show the client that there is no pump system at all, never has been, never will be in that unit.
