Preventative Maitenance

It is super important to maintain your dental equipment.

In our experience, a lot of breakdowns could have been avoided if the equipment had it’s annual servicing completed.

During this service, our technician services your equipment as per the factory standard, we clean the unit as we go, fix any minor repairs as part of the service and will write detailed notes on any issues that are noted during the service that need to be addressed.

Autoclave Service + Validation

We service your autoclave as per the factory standard and clean the unit as we complete the service.

Our interpretation of the new Australian Standard AS 5369-2023 we do the following:

Our equipment is calibrated every 12 months
Our technician stays onsite and runs 3 consecutive cycles using 3 x biological indicators per cycle, using data loggers as per the standard requirements

Breakdowns

85% of our breakdown jobs are fixed on the spot, within 30 mins
5% of our breakdown jobs require us to take your equipment off-site for further investigation
10% of our breakdown jobs require us to return with parts to fix the job

This means that 90% of the time, we save you time + money.

Equipment Installation + Relocations

We are equipped to install and/or relocate your equipment as needed.

We do:

Full surgery relocations [chairs, plant equipment, autoclaves, RO systems, etc
