Autoclave Service + Validation

Autoclaves are serviced to factory specifications, including full unit cleaning. In compliance with AS 5369-2023, we validate your machine using our calibrated equipment (verified annually) is used to perform three consecutive cycles onsite, each with three biological indicators, and monitored via data loggers to meet standard validation protocols.

Breakdowns

  • 85% of our breakdown jobs are fixed on the spot, within 30 mins
  • 5% of our breakdown jobs require us to take your equipment off-site for further investigation
  • 10% of our breakdown jobs require us to return with parts to fix the job

This means that 90% of the time, we save you time + money.

  • Not having to pay for loan equipment

Equipment Installation + Relocations

We are equipped to install and/or relocate your equipment as needed.

We do:

  • Full surgery relocations [chairs, plant equipment, autoclaves, RO systems, etc
  • Installation of all equipment into new surgery
